It's important to note that how easily a virus spreads person-to-person can vary. Some viruses are highly contagious (传染性) (like measles), while other viruses are less so. There is much more to learn about the transmissibility severity, and other features associated with Covid-19.

Bring about changes accordingly. You can also organize discussions with your team members and talk about matters related to the current culture of the organization.

Conflicts are an unavoidable part of any organization. How they’re handled is an indicator of the common organizational culture. Therefore, when conflicts do arise, the management must settle them quickly and peacefully. More importantly, a transparent and fair conflict resolution mechanism(解决机制) should be created. If employees feel they’re all being treated equally, they’re more likely to accept their mistakes and the judgment of the management at the end of the conflict resolution exercises.
