抗战十四年，修改有深意

记者日前从教育部获悉，2017年春季教材将全面落实“14年抗战”概念。

教育部表示，教材修改要求将“8年抗战”一律改为“14年抗战”，以全面反映日本侵华罪行，强调“九一八事变”后的14年抗战历史是前后贯通的整体，并要求在课程教材中予以系统、准确的体现。

这一修改可以说是对抗战问题认识的巨大进步，也更为符合历史事实。“九一八事变”不仅标志着日本侵华战争的开始，也标志着中国人民反抗侵略者的开始。首先，中国抗战第一枪在1931年沈阳北大营就已经打响；第二，由中国共产党领导的30万东北抗日联军在1931年至1937年之间进行了艰苦卓绝的抵抗，付出了大量牺牲。从“九一八事变”开始，在1931年至1937年间，中国共产党满洲省委就在积极部署抵抗，9月19日还发表抗日宣言，东北义勇军在共产党领导下壮大成为东北抗日联军，发动广大民众参加抗战。在此期间，国民党方面也有东北军余部继续进行对日抗战，还有十九路军参加的淞沪抗战也属于其中的一部分。确立“十四年抗战”，无疑有利于全面有效还原我国当年抗日战争的的基本历史事实。有助于消除此前人们在认识上的混乱，同时更是对历史真实的尊重。

14年抗战史能够最大程度地将为争取民族解放而流血牺牲的烈士，囊括到民族英烈的范畴中来，这更是对民族脊梁、抗战英灵最重要的告慰和尊重。8年抗战不能将为民族而战的大量英烈包含在内，特别是由中国共产党领导的东北义勇军、东北抗日联军，他们在最艰苦的环境中流血牺牲，“南有杨靖宇，北有赵尚志”，世界闻名，特别是我们的国歌就是义勇军进行曲。这些不被算作抗战历史，是极大的不公。东北军民对抗日战争的巨大付出应该得到重视。这是对所有为抗日牺牲仁人志士的最大敬畏和尊重。

这一新的历史界定，也粉碎了一些海外势力扭曲“8年抗战”与“14年抗战”之间有机联系，排他独断地抹杀中国共产党作为民族中流砥柱的不良居心。在国际上长期存在着一种历史偏见，对中国抗日战争在世界反法西斯战争当中的重要历史地位严重认识不足。英国历史学家米特在《被遗忘的盟友：中国抗日战争》一书中对这种偏见也提出过批评。14年抗战史的正名，有助于唤醒国际认知，进一步敦促各界继续接近历史真实，公允面对中国人民做出的重大牺牲。

同时，14年抗战史的书写，也有助于国内国际抗战史研究领域能够更好地进行对接。譬如日本著名学者江口圭一与家永三郎等，都将中国抗日战争起点定位于1931年。这样的呼应是对日本国内勇于正视历史、反省罪行的有识之士的一种肯定，有助于警醒各国牢记历史、珍惜和平。
