From a recent survey, we know that about twenty percent have no habit of having breakfast. Some of the students stay up late to study. In the morning, they prefer to sleep a little more rather than spend the time eating breakfast. Some parents are too busy to take care of their children, They have no time to cook breakfast for them. So they just give them some money to buy something to eat. But some boys spend the money playing games while some of the girls give up eating breakfast to keep slim. As a result, they can’t do well at school without breakfast. Students can’t concentrate in class because they have no breakfast. They get worse results. On the other hand, it’s bad for their health.
In my opinion, student should eat breakfast so that they can keep fit and have enough energy to have classes. If they are busy with their, parents should remind them of it. And parents should buy some food at home instead of giving them money so that they can take some to school.
