Dear Editor,
     I'm writing to tell you about the discussion we've bad about whether an entrance fee should be charged
for parks.
     "It shouldn't be charged for parks." said sixty percent of the students. There are two points supporting
the opinion. One is that the park is a place where people enjoy themselves. The other is that building gates
and walls would have a bad effect on the city's appearance.
     And forty percent of us considered that the entrance fee should be charged for parks, but it must be low.
Here are two reasons. First the workers should be paid for their hard work, Second, the parks have to buy
new kinds of trees and flowers so that people could be attracted there. That's all.
