In the picture,____________________________________________________________________________

____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
In the picture, we can see there are 4 blind men feeling different parts of an elephant’s body trying to figure out what it is like.
This is a well-known story from an ancient Chinese idiom. The man on its back insisted it was like a rough mat, while the man who happened to touch the teeth argued that it was actually like a carrot. Disagreeing with both of them the third man leaning against its body believed firmly that it was like a wall. Finally, the fourth man holding its tail believed in the shape of a grass rope.
Of courts, none of them is right, since they just take part of a thing as the whole. Judging things from as many sides as possible is a skill that needs improving all the way. We should draw lessons from this picture and don’t be short-sighted.
The man on its back insisted it was like a rough mat, while the man who happened to touch the teeth argued that it was actually like a carrot.
