　　I used to be a shy girl, but that happened in my English class has changed me．One day, our English teacher encouraged us to take his place and gave short lessons．After an inner struggle I put my hands up and volunteered．On the following days, I busily prepared for my presentation, I searched for the Internet and found topic that would interest my listeners．

　　The important day for me finally came, and I walked to the front of the class with nervous and excitement．So when I began speaking, my fear disappeared．I imagined me as a teacher, and my classmates were active and cooperatively．I really enjoyed giving the presentation and would never forget it．

My spare time is full of interested activities. I read all kinds of books in the reading room whenever I am free. I learn much in the library than in class in this way. Body language is means of unspoken communication, which people use to express his feelings.
Body language is different based on each culture. For example, not all cultures greet each other by
the same way. Shake hands is the most popular way to greet each other while people meet.
However, in some western country people exchange greetings by kissing. Some people prefer to
stand quite closely while others would like keep more physical distance from each other. Since there
are so much differences between people in body language, so we have to learn something to avoid

Many teenagers feel lonely, even if no one understands them and the changes they are going through. Day by day, everything seems differently, yet the same. Life never seems to be going fast enough; yet, by other ways, like a race car, life seems to be rushing so fast too control. These feelings are a common part of adolescence—the time of life between child or adult. And, though it may sometimes be difficult to believe, you are not alone—every adult have gone through adolescence, and your friends are going through them right now along with you. It is common for teenagers to feel lonely and misunderstood. These feelings can be being thought of as growing pains— difficulties that teenagers face during they grow to adults.
