【答案】 Last Friday, we participated in a social practice activity about visiting the Gardening Base of Agricultural University, which proved to be rewarding and precious.

On arriving at the destination, we found a guide standing at the entrance and welcoming us warmly.

With her guidance, we initially visited flower beds. The moment we stepped into the garden, rows of colorful flowers came into our view. Purple violets, tulips, roses and carnations were in bloom, breathing out fresh and pleasant fragrance. Meanwhile, the guide introduced some basic knowledge of the flowers to us. We listened attentively and took notes carefully.

Then we came to the practice zone to learn how to arrange flowers. The guide showed an example to us, cutting flowers into different lengths and placing them into a portable paper box skillfully and elegantly. Then we began to practice arranging flowers in the flesh. With the guide’s patient instruction, I finished my flower arrangement.

How time flew! The one-day activity soon came to an end. I came home with my flower arrangement and sent them to my parents to show my gratitude. This experience will never fade away from my mind.
