     Nowadays, computers play an important role in people's life. More and more people go online for
information, knowledge, or fun. Using computers is a must skill for modern life And Internet brings
convenience and other advantages to people, like quick messages, saving time, no limit of places and
so on.
     However, spending too much time online may bring disadvantages First, it will do harm to people's
health. It may lead to diseases in your eyes, neck, heart, waist and soon. And having little time to do
sports will make this become even worse. Second, if you're addicted to the Internet, you'll probably
depend on others' achievements and thus have little time to do things creatively. Third, you may even
lack real social activities. As time goes by, you're likely to feel lonely and unhappy.
     In a word, to live a healthy and happy life, you should arrange your time properly.
