The goal of TV-Turnoff Week is to let people leave their TV sets off and participate in activities from drawing to biking. leaving them fighting for jobs in a weak labor market or risking homelessness.
      The study by Experience Works, released on Tuesday, showed 46 percent of the 2,000 low income
