　　As so often happened in committees (委员会) of this kind, one man, young Thomas Jefferson, did all the work, Jefferson was well-informed in such matters. He was also a skilled writer who had already written several important papers on political subjects. Jefferson accepted the work gladly and sat at once to write what he called an “expression of the American mind”. He worked for two full days on the famous document (文件), officially known after this time as the Declaration of Independence.

　　The Declaration was made up of three parts. The first part concerned the justice (正义性) of a revolution when a government took away from its people certain basic rights. The second part listed a series of acts proving that George Ⅲ was a poor king. The third part was a ringing declaration of independence; it also called upon the members of the Congress to defend the young nation with their lives, their fortunes (命运) and their honor. The Declaration was finally accepted by the Congress on July 4,1774.

　　Watching 3D films such as Avatar could give some viewers headaches, experts have warned．

　　The success of James Cameron's science-fiction blockbuster(卖座的大片), which has already taken more than ＄1 billion(￡600 million)at the box office, is fuelling a surge in popularity for three-dimensional movies and new 3D television sets．

　　But prolonged viewing may result in an aching head, according to Dr Michael Rosenberg, an ophthalmology(眼科学)professor at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago．

　　He said："There are a lot of people walking around with very minor eye problems, for example a minor muscle imbalance, which under normal circumstances the brain deals with naturally．"

　　Watching a 3D movie confronts viewers with an entirely new sensory experience．"That translates into greater mental effort, making it easier to get a headache," he said．

　　Dr Deborah Friedman, a professor of ophthalmology and neurology(神经学)at the University of Rochester Medical Center in New York, said："If your eyes are a little off to begin with then it's really throwing a whole degree of effort that your brain now needs to exert．This disparity for some people will give them a headache．"

　　Experts say there are no studies tracking how common it is to get a headache after watching a 3D film．

　　Rick Heineman, a spokesman for RealD, which provides 3D equipment to cinemas, said headaches and nausea were the main reasons 3D technology never took off before．

　　But he said new digital technology addresses many of the problems that had previously caused sore heads．

     CBC is a famous air company which has over twenty planes carrying passengers and goods, flying
along 12 fixed lines all over the world. Its service is very good but some passengers are still not satisfied
with it and that is why in 1998 and 1999 the company received letters of complaints(投诉) from consumers
or passengers who pointed out over a dozen kinds of problems which are divided in groups in the following
table. This division is called Category. Problems that appear when the plane is flying are Flight problems.
Those about passengers' things carried by the plane are Baggage problems. Customer service refers to
service work which passengers are not satisfied with. Over sales of seats are about the fact that more seats
are sold and as a result the plane is too crowded to be safe. Refund problems appear when passengers fail
to receive the money paid to them because of what they have lost. Fares are problems about the price of
