【答案】As everybody admits，health is the most precious thing in the world. In other words, health is everything. If one loses his health, he has nothing. So everyone should take all measures to keep healthy. Here are my suggestions.

We should have a balanced diet, eating more vegetables and fruits and limiting the amount of fat and sugar. To build up our body, we ought to do enough exercise, such as running, swimming, hiking and playing ball games. Good living habits are also important, including getting up early and go to bed early. On the other hand, we mustn’t get into bad habits like smoking, drinking too much and staying up too late.
