A recent survey shows that the health of the students in our school has been going from bad to worse in the past three years．The number of nearsighted students has increased from 50％ in 2004 to 70％ in 2006, most probably because students spend more and more hours on computer．The number of overweight students increases from 35％ to 40％．The reason of it is that more students are crazy about fast food, rich in fat and sugar．Nearly 90％ students now believe they lack sleep, compared to 60％ in 2004．It is clear that students have much more homework to do and they don’t have plenty of rest time． 　　To improve students’ health, they had better lead a healthy life, reducing the time on computers, having proper diets and doing exercise regularly so that they won’t easily put on weight．What’s more, we call for less homework．Only in this way can students get plenty of rest．
