He stole the single engine Cessna 150 at Oldenburg-Hatten Airport about 40 kilometres west of Bremen on Sunday afternoon . Dicter Goepel , 50 , an experienced pilot and flight instructor (导航员) at Bremen Airport, negotiated (谈判) over the radio with the man, a spokesman said. Officials closed down Bremen Airport for an hour while Goepel talked the man down to a safe landing on his second attempt.
