　　What I want to say is that there is something wrong with my mobile phone．First, the phone bell doesn't ring at all．What's worse it can't be used to send short messages to others．Besides, because the product here has been sold out, the salesman can't change it for me．As the model of this mobile phone is new, there is no spare part．This results in its not being repaired．

　　Taking into account all these factors above, I require the company should have a change of it for me as soon as possible．

　　Thank you for your consideration．
