Dear Peter,
      I'm glad to receive your letter asking for my advice on how to become a good volunteer in the 2012
London Olympics. I hope some of my experience can be helpful to you.
     Before the Games, you will have to be in a training program, in which you will be told what to do and what
not to do. You'd better take it seriously and work hard at it. During the Games, you are supposed to offer
service to people from all over the world. Be friendly and smile a lot. In addition, you need to devote yourself to
the Games and do whatever you can to help the visitors.
