　　First of all, it is convenient for young people to eat junk food．What's more, its color and taste are also attractive for children．The third reason is that people are deeply affected by advertisements．

　　However, junk food also has bad effect on children．First, this kind of food contains many harmful contents, has little nutritional value, and is usually high in fat．Second, eating too much junk food can easily lead to disease, such as obesity and heart disease．What's worse, if children keep on having junk food, their health will be damaged．

　　In my opinion, we should refuse junk food in spite of its convenience and good taste．We should form a good habit of having vegetables and fruit to make sure we can grow up healthily．
