On Tuesday, March 24, 2015, our School Union launched a series of activities, so as to make us students know some knowledge of earthquakes and learn how to protect themselves in emergency. First of all, each class has carried out a class meeting to introduce the knowledge of earthquakes and self-protection. Then, at 3:30 pm. on hearing the alarm, we students quickly hid into relatively safe positions. Then under the command of our teachers, we quickly and orderly made our way to the playground within 4 minutes. Through the activities, all the teachers and students understood some emergency knowledge if earthquake should occur and we have mastered some basic protection measures and methods, which could be adopted in response to the earthquake.
