According to the survey,about 95percent of Americans between the ages of 13and 64use electronics before bed.They have their eyes on a TV screen,a laptop or a cell phone within an hour of bedtime at least a few nights a week.
Among them,more and more young people-especially those under 20-are using cell phones and laptops right before bed.
So,what's the key to eight hours of sleep each night?
Besides regular exercise,and following a regular sleeping schedule(时刻表),researchers strongly advise you to turn off cell phones,TVs,and all other screens,as soon as the sun goes down.
Too hard?Then at least turn them off a few hours before bedtime.
