Coffee Addiction Knowledge

The first step is to learn about what you are dealing with. Caffeine is a drug. The human body gets addicted to it easily. Gradually Cut the Amount and Then Replace (替代)It with Green Tea

You can give up coffee suddenly, but why put yourself through that unless you need an unpleasant experience? You can follow these two steps.

1) Gradually cut the amount of coffee you drink according to a plan. Let’s say, you normally drink 5 cups of coffee a day. Over a one-week period, cut out one cup ________ so that by the sixth day you’re at zero.
