There are many ways to keep healthy. First, we should have a healthy lifestyle and eat a balanced diet. It’s good for us to eat healthy food instead of junk food. Sleep is also important. We will feel active and energetic when we have enough sleep. Then doing sports is also good for health. To be healthy, I often do exercise. I play basketball after school every day and go swimming twice a week. Staying in good health makes me happy and energetic.

To keep fit is not difficult if you care it a lot.
