       I'm sorry to hear that you are not feeling well recently.  Let me tell you some advice to keep
healthy.
       First, you should have a balanced diet. If you are weak and tired, you should eat some herbs,
such as Dangshen and Huangqi. If you are stressed out or angry, you‘d better have a rest and relax
yourself. You can sometimes eat fruit and vegetables. And more exercise is also good for you.  I think
playing  basketball is an interesting sport.
       Then, take good care of yourself with the ways above. And you will have a healthy lifestyle.
