Whole Wheat Apple Pancake

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups of whole wheat flour

1/2 teaspoon of salt

2 eggs

1/4 cup of vegetable oil

2 large apples

1 cup of butter

DIRECTIONS:

Stir (搅拌) the flour and salt in a large bowl. Pour eggs and oil in. Mix the apples in.

Heat a large pan over a medium heat. Put a large teaspoon of batter onto the pan and cook until the batter is dry. Then flip the pancake and cook until it is brown on the other side. Your mom tells you to put on your hat and gloves. But as the cold winter season gets closer， it’s so cold that even mom’s advice does not work.

That means it’s time to put on your qiuku! This is a kind of “thermal underwear(保暖内衣)” or long underpants that keep people warm in the coldest months of the year.

Almost everyone has experienced a twist of fate (命运的转折) at some point of their lives. Chinese actor， Hu Ge， is no different. And his story is more amazing than most.

Hu enjoyed success at a very young age. In 2005， he acted as a swordsman in the TV series The Legend of Sword and Fairy (仙剑奇侠传)， who later became a classic character. Then the 23-year-old Hu became the first choice for costume idol dramas (古装偶像剧).
