     Things happen every day that annoy me. In the morning, the bus is late . At lunch, the waitor brings the wrong food, and you don't like it at all. The CD you bought in
the afternoon doesn't work. In the evening at the cinema, someone's cell phone rings. When I meet this problem, I may complain about it, maybe I'll tell them directly what I am thinking about. But of course I will say it in a polite way. I don't think I will shout or say nothing.
