Can Students Read on Mobile Phones?

【答案】Can Students Read on Mobile Phones?

I think we can read on mobile phones. We can carry mobile phones in our pockets. It is really convenient. Anywhere and anytime we can read the electronic books. For example, I can read them when I take a bus to school or home even before I go to bed.

I like to read on mobile phones. There are different kinds of books online which we can read. Last month, I bought an electronic book about Chinese history. It only cost me five yuan. The electronic books are cheap. By reading different books, I can learn a lot and open my eyes to the outside world.

In a word, I think reading on mobile phones is convenient and good for me. But it has little effect on my eyesight.

【题目】 Many years ago, my dad got heart disease(疾病)and had to be sent to the hospital. He couldn’t work for a long time so he decided to be a volunteer at a children’s hospital.

There was a girl who could not walk because of a disease. She wouldn’t do anything and was very sad. My dad decided to help her. He started visiting her in her room, bringing paints, brushes and some white paper. He put the brush in his mouth and began to paint. He didn’t use his hand at all. Only his head moved. After finishing the picture, he said to the girl, “Look, I can paint without hand. You can also do anything you want. You should not be so sad.” He tried his best to teach the girl to paint the picture.

At last, the girl began to paint herself, and learnt to walk bravely. However, the doctors felt surprised that there was nothing else they could do for the girl and they let the girl leave the hospital. Several months later, my dad received a call from the little girl. She said she could walk. She mailed my dad a picture she had drawn. At the bottom it read, “Thank you for helping me.”

My dad would cry whenever he told us this story. He would say that love can be more powerful than doctors, and my dad died just a few months after the little girl gave him the picture.

In October, a jobhunting website Zhao pin. corn gave a report after surveying people who work in more than 800 different jobs in major Chinese cities. These jobs include early childhood educator, fitness coach and make-up artist. Most of the jobs pay well, with one in three workers making more than 8,000 yuan a month. The top-paying is vet about 29 percent of these animal doctors make over 20,000 yuan per month.

These workers’ educational background is also impressive (令人印象深刻的). Over 60 percent of the surveyed workers have a college degree or above, the report says. Most of the workers said they chose their jobs because of love and interest in the area. Many of the jobs are no longer taken by only one sex. For example, the report found that one-third of child care workers are men. These positions used to be filled almost only by women.

Many of these jobs are in the service industry. Economic (经济) development means more people are in greater need of high quality services, China News Service noted.
