It was my first day of high school, and l was late. My next class, Spanish, scared me. I just could not speak that ¡¡16¡¡ . As the bell rang, I ran to the classroom.

¡¡¡¡ At the door, a hand reached out and¡¡ 17¡¡ mine firmly. I looked up. A man with large glasses smiled. He ¡¡18¡¡ ¡¡himself as Profe, which means a teacher in Spanish. ¡¡¡¡19 ¡¡, his warm smile and ¡¡20¡¡ words eased my fears. That year, I ¡¡21¡¡ ¡¡his classes a great deal because I learned¡¡ 22¡¡ just Spanish.

¡¡¡¡ I admit I only speak a little Spanish. ¡¡23 ¡¡I try to live out the life lessons I learned from Profe.

¡¡¡¡ Every day Profe stood ¡¡24¡¡ ¡¡his classroom before and after class to give his "hand hug". After school his room was always filled with students and he would ¡¡25¡¡ to and chat with them ¡¡26¡¡ ¡¡those not in his class. He taught me that every person is ¡¡27¡¡ ¡¡your time.

Once, I was rejected(Åż·)by my friends, Profe told me, "Lindita, life gives you 28¡¡ . But learning its lessons will turn those ashes to jewels. "Therefore, I learned to look at my troubles ¡¡29¡¡ ¡¡and not to fear any difficulty.

In my senior year, I ¡¡30¡¡ ¡¡president of one of the school's clubs, so I was very¡¡ 31¡¡ . Many times I didn't even have time to buy lunch. He served me by giving me his food as well as ¡¡32¡¡ . He lived out what he taught us to do: ¡¡33¡¡ others.

The author William Arther Ward ¡¡34¡¡ , "The mediocre(ƽӹµÄ) teacher tells. The good teacher explains. The superior teacher demonstrates. The great teacher ¡¡35¡¡ ." Thank you Profe, for inspiring me.
