On January 5th, students in our school visited Robot World, which we saw a great diversity of robots．It was amazed to find those robots could do a great number of things just as real people do, included playing chess, playing the piano and draw pictures．Besides, the robots were in different kinds and shapes, which makes us delighted．However, that excited me most was the show given by a group of robots．They danced even if they were dancers on the stage．By visiting Robot World, I have learned a lot of about robots, especially about their functions．The great human wisdom is so powerfully that it makes us feel more comfortable live in the world．

It is reported, some needy students receive financial support from some kind people but never express our thanks. Personally, I think they are wrong. Last Sunday I saw a worst storm in years. It came sudden and went on for over three hours. After lunch, I went into my room to have a rest. The air was hotter, and all is quiet. Then a strong wind started to blow into my room. Pieces of paper on my desk flew high into the air and some flew out the open window. As I ran out to catch them, big drop of rain began to fall. When I came back into house, it was raining harder and harder. I tried very hard to close the window. Then I heard a loudly crashing(碰撞的)sound from the back of the house. When I ran out of my room to find out what had happened: a big tree had fallen down and broke the top of the backroom.

It is over 3 year now since I began study English. At first I found it very difficult. I couldn’t get most of the sounds right, spell the words correctly and remember the rules of the grammar. Under the help of my English teacher and classmates, I have made many progress. Now I am getting well with my English study. Three years’ study have taught me that one can’t learn English well without working hard. We should do more listening and speaking both in and out of the class. At the same time, we must pay enough attention to read as well as writing. Only on this way can we get the best result in the shortest time.

I like riding my bike．Though it is not very new, but it is my best friend．I find very convenient to go anywhere with a bike．Riding gives me not only exercises but also pleasure．I use my bike almost in summer when the weather is warm and dry．It can be very pleasant in winter when it is cold and rain is pour down．It can also be very dangerous．Of course I will be very carefully on my bike．In fact, accidents are not the only problem．Once I went to bookstore on my mother’s bike to buy some books and come out to find the bike missing．Now I have two strong lock．
