A little boy had the job of coming to school early each day to start the fire and warm the room before his teacher and his classmates arrived.

One day my 5-year-old daughter, Mini, ran to the window crying: "A Cabuliwallah(喀布尔商贩)!A Cabuliwallah!" In the street below was Rahmun,a Cabuliwallah passing slowly along.
