Talking with people is necessary in our daily activities and it is also very important. However, we all have different styles of communicating. Some people seem to be liked by most of the people while others not! Why does this happen? The answer lies in the simple magic words of communication—Thank you, Please and Sorry!
Let’s see how and why we should use these three words:
◆ Thank you
There is not one day of our life which we spend without taking help from another person. From the time we start our day till we step into our bed for a good night’s sleep, we have taken a number of favors (恩惠). However, how many times do we thank the other person truly? Be free and generous in saying “Thank you”! It does not take away your credit (认可), but surely makes the other person happy and more willing to help you next time!
◆ Please
Often we take things for granted (想当然) and ask other people to do things for us. This does not help as others feel they are made to do these for you. A simple and sweet “please” could completely change the manner towards you.
◆ Sorry
Everyone makes mistakes, but it is quite difficult to accept it and say sorry for it. This always causes trouble in our relationship. Saying sorry does not disgrace (使丢脸) anyone, instead, puts them in a more polite position.
These three simple words can work wonders for people. If you truly use these words in your day to day communication with people, you will surely find a change in the way people respond (反应) to you and your actions.

The chairman wanted to have popular blogs to publicize it. As most of us had no idea what a blog was then,
he suggested that we start our own blogs, just to get an idea.
It wasn't until much later that I realized I was the only one to do so. A food blog was a good choice for
me. When I first started the blog, I was surprised to find there were others who shared the same hobby in
good food as I did. I became interested in this community (团体). Over the last four years, it's been pleasant
to watch this hobby tum into something that people do as a duty. If you are thinking of starting one, here are
some suggestions:
Decide who you're talking to. This will decide how the blog voices.
Be honest. People like to read blogs because they are highly personal insights (洞悉) into people's lives and
interests. If you tell lies, your readers will lose interests.
Care about design (设计). For food blogs, photography is important. Basic skills help make your blog better.
B. he took food as his hobby
C. someone asked him to do it
D. the festival was held online
B. He likes it just a little.
C. He thinks it's tiring.
D. He thinks it's his job.
B. To make sure you are honest.
C. To care about how to design blogs.

One day, a boy found the cocoon(茧) of a butterfly and brought it home. A few days later, the boy saw a small 36 in the cocoon. He sat and watched for several hours as a butterfly struggled to make 37 body through that little hole. Suddenly it stopped. So the boy 38 to help the butterfly, thinking the butterfly might be 39 .He took a pair of scissors and cut the hole 40 .The butterfly came out of the cocoon but it 41 a little different. It had a weak body and small, thin 42 .The butterfly didn’t start to fly. In fact, the butterfly spent the rest of its life crawling(爬行) around with a weak body and thin wings. It was never able to fly.
The boy acted with 43 but he didn’t understand why it could be like this. When a butterfly crawls out of the cocoon, it must struggle. The hard work of 44 out of the cocoon makes the fluid(液体) from the butterfly’s body into its wings. It helps the butterfly be 45 to fly. If the butterfly never has to squeeze(挤压) itself out of the cocoon, its wings will never get the fluid and it can never fly.
46 struggles are what we need in our lives. If we lived our lives without any problems, we would never learn or grow. We would not be 47 we could have been and we would never fly.
In our lives, pain and suffering is the key to all windows, and sometimes even 48 growth, without it , there’s no way of life. We can’t avoid 49 or problems. So, next time you are 50 a problem or difficulty, remember the butterfly. Struggle a little—then fly!
