I didn’t cry when I learned I was the parent of a disabled child. I just sat still and didn’t say anything.    

When Jenny was old enough, I sent her to a kindergarten（幼儿园）. On the first morning, Jenny spent hours playing by herself. It seemed that she felt very(41).

“Happy Birthday!” David awoke to the voice of his mother. “It’s time to get up and drive out to 35  grandfather’s farm.”

 The class was completely quiet. We picked up our books and went out of the room silently. That afternoon I noticed more things on my way from school than I had that whole semester.

  I often think of that teacher and try to appreciate all off those things that sometimes we *overlook.
