My wife and I moved into our home nine years ago. We 1 a lot of time and 2 in the yard to get it looking the way it does today. We live on a corner, and the entire side of the yard is surrounded by a professionally built rock wall.

We did the best to cultivate(耕种) it and called this area our rock garden. 3 We had found flowers and plants, Denise or I will plant them, just to bring some 4 to the area.

Last summer I found a tiny little plant that I could not immediately 5 . I was sure that we didn’t plant it. We decided to let it 6 to grow until we could 7 what it was.

Weeks passed, and as I made my way back to the 8 plant, it appeared to be a sunflower. I 9 to nurture(培育) it and weed around it. As I picked up rocks from the area to get to the 10 , I noticed something 11 . The sunflower had not started to grow from where I first saw the stalks(茎)appear. 12 it had begun under a big rock and grown under and around it to 13 the sun.

That's when I realized that if a tiny little sunflower wouldn't let a big rock stand in its way when growing up, then we have the 14 to do the same. 15 we believe in ourselves, like that little sunflower, we can 16 the type of nourishment(营养)and growth. We need to believe in 17 , knowing that we have the ability to 18 our desires. If you stand all like the sunflower and are 19 of who and what you are, then the environment will begin to 20 you. You will find a way to go under or around your obstacles( 障碍)in order to reach your goals.

A Really Really Free Market, which I just set up to bring the community together, is like a cross between a farmer’s market and a garage/yard sale, except that everything is 1 ! People show up with things to 2 and take what they need from other people's abundance.

It took a little while to be 3 and now it seems fairly busy and I arn trying to make it bigger and more.fun so that more people have 4 to the wonder that is giving without 5 of reward and receiving without being judged.

It 6 once a month on a Saturday afternoon and there are clothes, books, pasta, fruit, furniture-and lots of other stuff. 7 One family brings play-dough, beads and pictures for the children to play with.

I think it's so important to give people a/an 8 to give because everyone, deep down, wants to share and help and give to others- 9 they don’t think of it, or they think it’s too hard, or weak or silly somehow.I also want the people 11 to have a fun place to go where everything is free. This way there isn’t the social 12 of soup kitchens or charity because it’s just people sharing 13 no one needs to say,” Hey, I’m poor and I need help” They can 14 and go home with food and new clothes, having a good time.

This was a big thing for me to do because I’m not really that 15 around lots of people.I have to 16 myself for the week before every market so that I can 17 it all, and from time to time I can’t help 18 but I’m gradually getting better.

I think it is worth the 19 because it’s such a truly great concept, just like this site !If you have one near you please go 20 , If you don’t have one then why not look it up online and start your own?
