This isn't to say you are taking all the blame, or taking responsibility away from the other person, but to realize that we are not victims but participants in life．

How to manage your time
It is very important to manage your time wisely．As you get older, you will have more responsibilities．You will find it easier to succeed if you learn to manage your time well．
