Nowadays millions of people of all age take pleasure in a hobby which is both interested and fun. And every year more and more people start a stamp collection of your own and discover an interest which can even last lifetime. Starting your collection of stamps was easy because they are nowhere. Holiday and birthday postcards and letters being sent by your friends and relatives can provide you for stamps from all over the world. But once you’ve taken collecting serious, you will probably want to join the Stamp Collectors’Club where exists to add more stamps to your collection.

Most drinks stating that they are fruit-flavored (水果味道的) contain no fruit at all, while most of the rest contain only a small quantity of fruit, according to a study carried by the British Food Commission.

“Shoppers need to check the labels (标签) before buying drinks, though sometimes the actual content can be non-existent,” said Food Commission spokesperson Ian Tokelove. “Food production is highly competitive. 【1】 It will increase profits, and consumers won’t always realize they are being tricked.”

Flavorings are focused on the flavors of natural food products such as fruits, meats and vegetables, or creating flavor for food products that do not have the desired flavors. Researchers analyzed the contents of 28 strawberry-flavored products sold in stores. 【2】 Of the 11 products that did contain strawberries, five of them contained less than one percent real fruit. In addition, each juice box contained nearly eight teaspoons of sugar.

Alex Quinones was the first to make it to the other side of a 175－foot lake on campus in record time—just over a minute. Quinones，who wore oversized boat－like shoes，also won last year and will receive $ 500.

Students had to wear the aquatic shoes and make it across the lake in order to earn an “A” on the assignment for Architecture Professor Jaime Canaves'Materials and Methods Construction Class.“It's traditional in a school of architecture to do boats out of cardboard for a boat race. A total of 79 students competed in the race this year in 41 teams. Only 10 teams failed to cross the lake. Others who fell got back up and made it to the end. A large crowd on campus joined Canaves as he cheered on the racers. He shouted encouraging words，but also laughed as some unsteadily made their way to the end.
