Two teams，one from Leatherhead Food Research and the other from the University of Chester，carried out 40tests to measure nutrient levels in produce which had been sitting in a fridge for three days and the frozen equivalent （相等物）．The findings show that eating newly picked produce is the healthiest option； however，frozen food can be almost as good and is often better than items sold as"fresh"．Leatherhead's Dr Rachel Burch said："We must ignore the mistaken opinion that fresh food is always better for us than frozen food．"
These results show that frozen food can be nutritionally comparable to fresh produce．Direct comparison：In two out of three cases frozen fruit and vegetable scored better on antioxidant-type compounds including Vitamin C，polyphenols and anthocyanins （多酚和花青素），a study found．Her team found frozen broccoli had higher levels of Vitamin C．However，fresh food scored better on polyphenols，which are thought to help prevent cancer．

Storing is another problem．Placed near heat，the plastic bottles can produce bad chemicals（化学物质） into the water．
According to the Environmental Protection Agency，some 2.7million tons of plastic are used worldwide to bottle water each year．The plastic can take between 400and 1，000years to break down．
In terms of energy use，plastic bottles are also not cheap．One report said that if water and soft drink bottlers had used 10percent recycled materials in their plastic bottles，they would have saved about 72million gallons of gas．
So，if you are worried about the effect of bottled water on the Earth，you can take the following steps．
●Drink from your tap．Unless your government warns against this，it should be fine．
●Get a container（容器）．Carry your tap water in a steel or a lined drinking container，and clean it between uses．
●Keep it cool．Don't drink from a bottle that has been sitting in the sun，don't store it near chemicals，and don't reuse plastic bottles．
●Choose glass containers over plastic if possible．When finished，recycle!

Not only are wool fibers about four times stronger than cotton，but thanks to the natural crimp（皱褶），they also do not wrinkle as easily．But most importantly，the fiber is better at allowing moisture to escape．Sweat in itself is not smelly．It just gets that way when in contact with the human skin．Therefore，the fact that the fabric allows it to go off gives the shirt the"super power"to stay fresh after so many wears．
You can get this magical shirt for $98，which is the current selling price on fund-raising site Kickstarter．The company hopes to use the funds collected to begin producing the shirts．If things go well，Wool & Prince is planning to introduce other clothing，including similar dresses for women．
