What they look for is your patience –to talk, to listen, or to simply to sit with them quietly. Communicate openly with your teenagers. Encourage them to express their worries and fears, but don’t let them focus on those fears.

Help your teenagers get organized. Help them think about what they have to study and plan accordingly . Together ,you and your teenagers had better work out timetables which could remind them what they should do in the proper time.

Provide a calm setting. Help your teenagers set up a quiet place to study and protect their privacy. Give them a nutritious diet. It is important for your teenagers to have a healthy, balanced diet during exam times to focus and do their best. Exam stress can make some teenagers lose their appetite. If this happens ,encourage them to eat light meals.
