If you also want to lose weight,my advice is to take small steps every day to reach your goal.When I started,160 pounds seemed so overwhelming to me,but I took small steps and made changes every day to get where I am now.It is not about a quick fix. You can't climb Mount Everest in one day.You have to do it one step at a time!
