【答案】At present, when senior high school students get weekends off, many of my classmates spend all day watching TV, chatting and playing computer games on the Internet. So they are too busy to communicate with their parents. What’s more, they have not enough time to eat.

As we all know, watching TV, playing games and chatting on the Internet all day are bad for us. First of all, some of my classmates may be even more tired at home than at school. Besides, they probably lose the chance of sharing their life with their parents, which makes them not understand each other well. Thirdly, it is certain than eating the junk food and snacks is harmful to health.

In my opinion, we should spend less time in front of the TV or the computer. To make ourselves relaxed，we can go out to take some exercise and do some sports. We‘d better spend as much time as we can with friends and family members who love us. And we need enough sleep and have a healthy diet to keep fit
