I am Li Jian, chairman of the Student Union, from Huangshan High School. Glad to know that your delegation will visit our school on October 1st and 2nd, and I am responsible for arranging your activities here. My plan is as follows:

On the morning of October 1st, we will show you around the school. Then a discussion will be held, which may cover the topics of school life, cultural differences, and etc, aiming to improve the mutual understanding. At noon, we will have a buffet lunch in the school dining room. To help you know more about our traditional customs and culture, we will be preparing some typical Chinese foods (rice, dumplings and noodles). The afternoon will see a friendly basketball match.
