Dear Malia and Sasha,

I know that you’ve both had a lot of 　1 these last two years during the campaign, going to picnics and parades and state fairs, eating all sorts of junk food your mother and I probably shouldn’t have let you have. As a child, I was truly afraid of the dark and of getting lost; these fears were very real and caused me some uncomfortable moments.
