Last Friday£¬my class took part in a meaningful and challenging course-Outward bound£®Upon arrival£¬we divided into several groups by the coach there£®Short afterwards£¬we got involved in various activity£®One of them were jumping across a broken bridge£®I was afraid of at first£¬so with the encouragement of the coach£¬I finally made it£®What impressed myself most was climbing over a wall to"escape"£®We helped one another and all of us manage to"survive"£®Before we left the center£¬we had a photo taking to record the unforgettable experience£¬that gave us a good change to build up courage and improve our sense or teamwork£®
