Prof Kevin Fenton at Public Health England，says："Everyone needs to be active every day---short periods of 10or more minutes of physical activity have proven health benefits，but getting 150minutes or more of moderate activity every week is the amount we need to positively impact on a wide range of health conditions．"This includes reducing the risk of heart disease and type 2diabetes．"

During my second month of nursing school，our professors gave us a quiz．I had smoothly finished the others'questions when I got stuck on the last one："What's the first name of the woman who clean the school？"I had seen，many times，the woman，tall and in her fifty，but how could I know her name？I handed in my paper，leave the last question blankly．After a class ended，one student asked for the answer for the question．The professor said，"As you know，that in your careers you will meet many people．You should respect them and care about them，even you just smile and say'hello'to them．

participants were allowed to sleep，they were asked to perform the same tasks and some new ones．It is worth mentioning that while some people slept，researchers used brain scans to see the type of sleep each participant entered．
When given the same tasks，participants，who took a nap，were able to give more varied solutions，some of which were much better than they gave earlier．But when given new tasks，researchers found that those who entered REM sleep had a 40percent better result compared to the performance they showed in the morning．
