As we all know,health is very important. Only when we are healthy can we study good and enjoy life. Therefore,many teenagers don't pay any attentions to their health,especially during the holidays. They spend too much times watching TV,playing computer games and chat on the Internet all night,that is bad for their health. Firstly,this may make them to near?sighted. Besides,their bodies become more weaker. Thirdly,they will lose the chance to communicate with others face to face as they never go out,which may have a bad effect to their mental health.

In my opinion,they should spend less time in the front of the TV or the computer,go out to take some exercise,play some sports,visit some friends and have a healthy lifestyle.

My father was a selftaught mandolin (曼陀林) player. He was one of the best string instrument players in our town. He could not read music,but if he heard a tune a few times,he could play it. 1 They would play at local dances and on a few occasions would play for the local radio station. He often told us how he had earned a position in a band that featured Patsy Cline as their lead singer. He told the family that after he was hired he never went back. Dad was a very religious man.
