As we all know, a good mood is very important. First, a good mood can make us happy in our life. Besides,
it can improve our work effect. What's more, it can even make us get along well with others.
However, we can' t always have a good mood. Sometimes a bad mood appears when we fail in our work
or study or when we are criticized by our parents or leaders.
How to turn a bad mood into a good one? In my opinion, first, we should realize nobody can succeed in
everything, so when we fail in something, we should try not be hurt by it. At the same time, when we meet
with something unhappy, we should try to forget it by listening to music or enjoying beautiful scenery. Of
course, chatting with others about what bothers us is also very helpful.
