I'm delighted to learn that you are coming to teach in our school. To ensure you have a pleasant stay here, I would like to give you some advice and suggestion from my perspective.

A fully furnished unit with one bedroom, one living room and one washroom normally costs 1500 per month, bills not included. You may consider sharing an apartment with others, which will save you lots of money.
