We used to appreciate those who likes to help strangers. But nowadays people tend to be very cautious of help them. Recently our class had a discussion about if we should help strangers. Opinion are divided on this topic.

Some think we ought help others whether they are strangers or not. Helping others is a virtue, but it will make our society more harmonious. Besides, helping others is helping themselves. We may come across with some trouble and need other’s help some day. If everyone turns a deaf ear to our appeal for aid just because we are strangers to them, it’s hardly to imagine what our world will like.
