If you want to protect your eyesight, I advise you to Jet your eyes rest after a certain, amount of time of work．You should do eye exercises every day, at least twice a day．You should, go to the hospital to have an eyesight examination regularly, at least once a year．You mustn't read while lying in bed , in too bright or dark light or in a moving vehicle．You'd better not rub your eyes with your hands; and it is bad for your eyesight if you wear coloured glasses．
