【答案】

Dear sir,

I am Pu ManYi. I am writing the letter to complain about my trip. During the holiday, I joined in a three-day trip organized by a travel agency. I had expected that I would have a wonderful experience. However, it turned out that the trip was a nightmare.

First, the bus we took was old and in bad condition. It was hot and crowded on the bus. When asking the driver to switch on the air-conditioner, we were told that it didnt work. Still worse, it broke down halfway and it took several hours to repair it. After a long and tiring travel, we finally arrived at the destination, only to find that we were taken to a hotel with terrible service. The room was old, small and smelly. And the food tasted terrible. The guide also added to our unhappiness. When showing us around the attractions, the guide seemed to be more interested in persuading us to buy souvenirs, which were expensive and of bad quality.
