17．Many people know the names Alexander Graham Bell and Thomas Edison．However，most people don't know the name of the man who invented the television，Philo Farnsworth．

1．Beatrix Potter was a great English writer and artist，best known for her children's books featuring animal characters such as in the children's classic--The Tale of Peter Rabbit．
