How are you recently? If you are still having trouble in learning, I hope these simple ways of self-motivation will help you:

First, you spend 15 minutes doing the things that you like most each day. As for me, it will be watering flowers after supper, or playing chess against the computer, and things like this.

Second, always carry a pen and a piece of paper so as to write down what you are proud of at any time. Every day you have to write at least one thing.

Third, stop negative thinking and focus on solving study problems.
