4.下面文章中有5处(第61~65题)需要添加小标题.请从以下选项(A、B、C、D、E和F)中选出符合各段意思的小标题,填在横线上.选项中有一项是多余选项.
A.Leadership
B.Conflict Solving
C.Open Communication
D.Respect to All Team Members
E.Measuring Progress against Goals
F.Common Goals with Challenging Target
Team Building Means More Than Throwing a Few People Together
"Teamworking"is found every where within just about every organization.You can't get away from"teams"that are supposed to be able to create something that is greater that the sum of its parts.Or so the theory goes.
There are five measures that need to be taken before you can get the most out of a team:
(61)F
There must be a clear reason for the team to exist.And all the members should realize the value and significance of what they are going to do.What they are hoping to achieve should be something achievable but at the same time tough and inspiring enough to attract the members and keep their motivation alive.What is more,they should also be well prepared for the possible difficulties they may come across in the process.
(62)C
Team members must be able to express their opinions freely without fear of being criticized,and they must have the feeling that their suggestions will be taken seriously.This is an important point because the team may need to resolve some complex or thorny issues.For example,it may discuss a sensitive topic.Should they keep their conclusion within the team or share it with other employees?This is an issue in itself that all the members should agree on and frank discussion is required.
(63)D
It is easy to think that a junior team  member may have less to contribute than more experienced ones.This is not only demoralizing or discouraging,it also makes no sense----people that have nothing to contribute.Should not have been selected for the team in the first place.Since they have become members of your team,you need to make sure that each of them has an opportunity to add his or her thoughts to discussions.
(64)B
Disagreements are natural and,in fact,debate and discussion should be encouraged.A team made up only of"yes men"can make disastrous decisions that few people honestly agreed with in the first place.Consequently,there should be rules on how lengthy disagreements should be handled.For example,team meetings may not be the most appropriate place for a discussion that involves only two people,so"under-the-table"method may be effective.
(65)A
Most high-performing teams are well organized,A good organizer should be able to play to individuals'strengths and help them overcome their weaknesses.It should be someone who can act as a promoter and a constant reminder of what the team needs to achieve.He must,above all,be skilled in sharing responsibility and setting tasks to others,coaching them to achieve tasks,and providing constructive feedback on how the tasks went.
Team building isn't as simple as just throwing a few people together.It requires much more,but motivating people is most essential.Successful teamworking is not marked by how much progress the team makes toward its goals,but by how confidently each of its members completes his or her assigned tasks with a sense of achievement and pride.

The word “Dutch” originally referred to Germans, and even today, the word "Deutschland" means Germany. 1. The country, which is on the coast of the North Sea between Germany and Belgium is also known as Holland.

There are many English expressions that include the word“Dutch.”2. For example, "Dutch courage" means false courage or bravery gotten by drinking alcohol. A "Dutch uncle" is a person who gives unwanted advice. A "Dutch concert" is just a lot of noise and no music. Liverpool, my hometown, is a special city. It is so unique that in 2004 it became a World Heritage(遗产)Site.

I recently returned to my home city and my first stop was at a museum on the River Mersey. Blanketed in mist (薄雾), Victorian architecture rose from the banks of the river, responded to the sounds of sea-birds, and appeared unbelievably charming. When I headed toward the centre, I found myself surrounded by buildings that mirror the best palaces of Europe. It is not hard to imagine why, on first seeing the city, most visitors would be overpowered by the beauty of the noble buildings, which are solid signs of Liverpool’s history.

As if stress its cultural role, Liverpool has more museums and galleries  than most cities in Britain. At Walker Art Gallery, I was told that it has best collections of Victorian paintings in the world, and is the home of modern art in the north of England. However, culture is more than galleries. Liverpool offers many music events. As Britain’s No.1 music city, it has the biggest city music festival in Europe, and its musicians are famous all over the world. Liverpool is also well-known for its football and other sports events. Every year, the Mersey River Festival attracts thousands of visitors, madding the city a place of wonder.

As you would expect from such a city, there are restaurants serving food from around the world. When my trip was about to complete, I chose to rest my legs in Liverpool’s famous Philharmonic pub (酒馆). It is a monument to perfection, and a heritage attraction itself.

Being a World Heritage Site, my home city is certainly a place of “outstanding universal value”. It is a treasure house with plenty of secrets for the world to explore.

4.On Nov.18,1995,Itzhak Perlman,the violinist,came on stage to give a concert at Avery Fisher Hall at Lincoln Center in New York City.
If you have ever been to a Perlman concert,you know that getting on stage is no small achievement for him.He was stricken with polio(小儿麻痹症)as a child,and so he has braces(支架)on both legs and walks with the aid of two crutches(双拐).
He walks painfully,yet majestically,until he reaches his chair.Then he sits down,slowly,puts his crutches on the floor,undoes the clasps on his legs,tucks one foot back and extends the other foot forward.Then he bends down and picks up the violin,puts it under his chin,nods to the conductor and proceeds to play.
But this time,something went wrong.Just as he fmished the first few bars(小节),one of the strings on his violin broke.You could hear it snap(嘣断)---it went off like gunfire across the room.There was no mistaking what that meant.There was no mistaking what he had to do.
We figured that he would have to get up,put on the clasps again,pick up the crutches and limp his way off stage-to either find another violin or else find another string for this one.But he didn't.Instead.he waited a moment,closed his eyes and then signaled the conductor to begin again.
The orchestra began,and he played from where he had left off.And he played with such passion and such power and such purity as they had never heard before.
When he finished,there was an awesome silence in the room.And then people rose and cheered.He smiled,wiped the sweat from this brow,raised his bow to quit us,and then he said in a quiet tone."You know,sometimes it is the artist's task to find out how much music you can still make with what you have left."

46.By saying"getting on stage is no small achievement for him",the author really meansB.
A.it's very difficult for Itzhak Perlman to play the violin with three strings
B.it's not easy for Itzhak Perlman to get on the stage because he is disabled
C.it's not easy for ltzhak Perlman to face such a large audience
D.it's really great achievements for ltzhak Perlman to play the violin with three strings.
47.When one of the strings broke,people thought Itzhak Perlman wouldC
A.go on playing with the remaining three strings
B.give up playing
C.change or repair his violin
D.get off the stage with shame
48.Itzhak PerlmanCwhen one of the strings of the violin broke.
A.gave up playing
B.didn't know what to do
C.went on playing the same piece of music
D.went on playing a different piece of music
49.What did the audience feel when Itzhak Perlman finished playing?C
