world. But now more and more students are getting near-sighted. Therefore , how to protect the eyes
has become a question we have to pay special attention to. Here is some useful advice on how to protect
our eyesight.
Firstly, we should not keep our eyes working for a long time. When we are reading , keep the book
about a foot away from our eyes. After reading for an hour or two, we'd better have a rest by looking
into the distance. Secondly, we should remember not to read in the dim light or in the sun. Don't read
in a moving bus or in bed. Do eye-exercise every day, which will help us to keep good eyesight.
Above all, good reading habits help us to keep good eyesight. We must follow the above instructions.
